The following Koko7 terms and conditions apply to all registered users and visitors of https://koko7.best. Please go through each section so you have a full understanding of what is expected from both sides.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Koko7 platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Koko7 terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents form the complete agreement between you and Koko7.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. These Koko7 terms and conditions are binding regardless of whether you have read them in full, so we strongly encourage you to do so before proceeding.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use Koko7, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each player is allowed to hold only one (1) registered account on Koko7. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or aliases — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Koko7 terms and conditions. Any duplicate accounts detected will be suspended, and balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential at all times.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notifying Koko7 immediately via our support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Updating your account information if any details change.

Koko7 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Koko7 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.

In cases where a bonus has been applied to a deposit, withdrawal may only be processed after the applicable wagering requirements have been met, as outlined in the bonus terms and conditions.

• Underage Gaming: Allowing or facilitating access to any person under the age of 21 to use your account or the platform in any way.

Violations of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, Koko7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Downtime, server errors, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Any actions or decisions made by you based on information provided on the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to secure your credentials.

Koko7's total liability to any player, for any cause of action, shall not exceed the value of the last deposit made by that player in the 30-day period prior to the cause of action arising.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
